NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 01, 2014, and entered in CASE No.: 2012-CA-000182 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2, is Plaintiff and WANDA ALFANO, et al., are the Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 30th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the NE corner of Section 35, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence South 01°00' West, along the East line of said Section 35, 3600 feet; thence North 89°00' West, 365 feet; thence South 01°00' West, 260.9 feet for a P.O.B; thence continue South 01°00' West, 70 feet; thence North 89°00' West, 157.2 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of Bayshore Road (60 foot right-of-way); thence North 00°23' East along said right-of-way line, 70 feet, thence South 89°00' East, 158.2 feet to the P.O.B; being in the SE ¼ of Section 35, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
