NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-004203-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I is Plaintiff and LISA M. JARRELL, LORETTA JARRELL, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LISA M. JARRELL, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA JARRELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORETTA JARRELL, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Lisa M. Jarrell, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of October, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1079, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 145 THROUGH 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
