Lot 43, Block 43, Seven Oaks Parcel S-6B, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 107-115, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on H. WEBSTER MELTON III, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before OCT 12 2015, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
