RIVERA; MICHELLE J. RIVERA; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 10/9/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
