Lot 51, Block 1, CROSS CREEK PARCEL “O”, PHASE 2A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 91, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida (the “Property”).
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney Adam M. Shonson, Esq., whose address is 200 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 210, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, on or before THIRTY (30) DAYS of the first date of publication of this notice, and to file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
