NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2015, and entered in 29-2011-CA-006920-A001-HC of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT LANCE OWENS A/K/A LANCE OWENS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CLAIRE K. CLANCY A/K/A CLAIRE KING CLANCY, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JULIE CLANCY OWENS; CAROLE MCKINLEY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT CONSISTING OF PART OF EACH OF LOTS 29 AND 30, IN BLOCK T, OF DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID TRACT BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 30, RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 30 A DISTANCE OF 53.23 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG A LINE WHICH IS RADIAL TO SAID SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 30, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 30; WHICH POINT IS 16.65 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY FROM THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 30; RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS 30 AND 29 AN ARC DISTANCE OF 91.61 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG A RADIAL LINE A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 29, WHICH POINT IS 29.49 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 29 A DISTANCE OF 29.49 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
