NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-020265 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. MENENDEZ; EDWARD A. SALVADORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD A. SALVADORE; ROBERT M. TABOR; BARBARA L. TABOR; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 29th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
