Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before OCT 5 2015, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
