NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-013830, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and GLENNA S. BENNETT; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 IN BLOCK 2 OF PARKLAND SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
