NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-015528 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HAPPY STATE BANK, d/b/a GOLDSTAR TRUST COMPANY as Trustee f/u/b of the Bondholders of NEW LIFE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD OF TAMPA, INC., and NEW BEGINNINGS OF TAMPA, INC., is the Plaintiff and NEW LIFE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD OF TAMPA, INC., NEW BEGININGS OF TAMPA, INC., and THE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD OF AMERICA, FLORIDA DISTRICT, INC., and all parties claiming by, through, under or against the defendants named herein; are the Defendants as amended by Order Granting Plaintiff's Second Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale and Directing Clerk of Court to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated August 31, 2015.
The Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online auction at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapters 702 and 45 of the Florida Statutes, beginning at the hour of 10:00 A.M., on Monday, October 19, 2015, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

All accounts, cash proceeds, chattel paper, deposit accounts, equipment, general intangibles, goods, instruments, inventory, investment property, proceeds, and tangible chattel paper of Debtor wherever located, now owned or hereinafter acquired, to include, but not necessarily restricted to, all furniture, office machines, vehicles, musical instruments, sound system and equipment, computers and computer software programs, materials, supplies, contracts and receivables of Debtor, and inventory and all proceeds from any of the properties, and all property of the same class or character acquired by Debtor subsequent to the date hereof, and all proceeds thereof, and all substitutions, replacements and accessions thereto.
