NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-019765 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC is the Plaintiff and KELVIN J. WATSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELVIN J. WATSON N/K/A JEANETE WATSON; JYNETTE T. WILLIAMS A/K/A JYNETTE TOLBERT; KHLOE JYNETTE WATSON; KRYSTIAN JEROME WATSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KELVIN J. WATSON A/K/A KELVIN JEROME WATSON A/K/A KELVIN WATSON, DECEASED; RECHEL & HARRIMAN, P.A.; WALDEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HAMPTON PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, WALDEN LAKE UNIT 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
