NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-016370 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-7 is the Plaintiff and PETER J. WRIGHT; TANA L. WRIGHT; MONTREUX HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MONTREUX AND STILLWATER MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-M are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 4, MONTREUX-PHASE IV & V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
