NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-002799 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH F. TOLLEY A/K/A JOSEPH F. TOLLEY IV; KARI TOLLEY; COPPER RIDGE/BRANDON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; COPPER RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK E, COPPER RIDGE - TRACT D, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIOLLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
