NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-015390 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SOUTHTRUST MORTGAGE CORPORATION1 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY KERRY MCPHEDRAIN; PRA III, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/12/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
PARCEL 1: THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF TRACT 63, KENNEDY HILL SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 114 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 175 FEET THEREOF.
PARCEL 2: THE EAST 175.0 FEET OF TRACT 63, KENNEDY HILL SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 114, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTH 125.5 FEET OF THE EAST 150.00 FEET THEREOF. TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR EGRESS AND INGRESS DESCRIBED FOLLOWS; THE SOUTH 30.0 FEET OF SAID TRACT 63; LESS THE EAST 175.0 FEET THEREOF.
