PARCEL 2: THE EAST 175.0 FEET OF TRACT 63, KENNEDY HILL SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 114, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTH 125.5 FEET OF THE EAST 150.00 FEET THEREOF. TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR EGRESS AND INGRESS DESCRIBED FOLLOWS; THE SOUTH 30.0 FEET OF SAID TRACT 63; LESS THE EAST 175.0 FEET THEREOF.
