NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-004921 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE2 is Plaintiff and CHARLES STRICKLAND, RACHAEL STRICKLANDA/K/A RACHAEL L. STRICKLAND, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY , UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4 Magnolia Park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 92, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
