NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 2, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-011631 (N) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and RALPH W. HARMON, II, THERESA M. HARMON, TOWN 'N' COUNTRY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A RYAN CAVE, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of October, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 80, TOWN 'N' COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO.38, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
