NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 29-2009-CA-028182 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS TRUSTEE OF THE AMERICAN MORTGAGE INVESTMENT PARTNERS FUND I TRUST, as substituted Plaintiff for BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP and WILTON A. GONZALEZ; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on October 21, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
