YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit Number 1506C, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, a Condominim, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4861, Page 1517, and all amendments filed thereto, and as referenced in that certain plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86, inclusive, public records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
