NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 26, 2015, and as Amended September 1, 2015, under Civil Case No. 2015-001520-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STONE MORTGAGE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and SPORTSTERS BAR & GRILL, INC., a Florida corporation d/b/a SPORTSTERS BAR & GRILL; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will offer for sale and sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in an internet online auction, which may be accessed at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 12, 2015, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Florida 4COP Liquor License No. 62-04040
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
