NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on August 25, 2015, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as,
Condominium Unit No. 261 of BOCA SHORES, a Condominium, all as more particularly set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4979, at Pages 1380 through 1476 inclusive, and in Condominium Plat Book 39, at Pages 100 through 107 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and all appurtenances to the Condominium Unit above described, including an undivided interest in the common property or elements of said Condominium as set forth in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and as the same may be amended from time to time.
