CODA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2 and CHATEAUX DE BARDMOOR CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 25, 2015, in Case No.: 52-2014-CA-008543 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and JEANETTE T. CODA, et al. are the Defendants, I, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Unit No. 8244 of Chateaux de Bardmoor No. 7, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3603, Page 519, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on October 9, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
