Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 5, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 10-016557-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RBC BANK (USA) F/K/A RBC CENTURA BANK is the Plaintiff, and CRAIG J. ROOTH, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. P-1, CONTINENTAL TOWERS, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 8 THROUGH 12, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3368, PAGE 249, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of September, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
