NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 18, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-014792-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and MIGUEL MEZA AKA MIGUEL J. MEZA, MYRIAM TORRES, NATIONAL CITY BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 55, Crestridge Subdivision Sixth Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 77, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
