NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2013-CA-005947, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMESTAR MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff, and BRETT M. BURKETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRETT M. BURKETT; CITY OF MADEIRA BEACH, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1A; UNKNOWN TENANT #2A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1B; UNKNOWN TENANT #2B; UNKNOWN TENANT #1C; UNKNOWN TENANT #2C; UNKNOWN TENANT #1D; UNKNOWN TENANT #2D; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of September, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK W-1, REPLAT OF BLOCK W SIXTH ADDITION TO GULF SHORES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25 PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
