TO: KATHLEEN GAHAGAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, including but not limited to those Heirs and Devisees of the ESTATE OF KATHLEEN GAHAGAN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in SEMINOLE GARDENS APARTMENTS NO. 7-A, INC., which is located in Pinellas County, Florida and which is more fully described as:
All right, title and interest in the Proprietary Lease to Apartment No. 104, in Seminole Gardens Apartments No. 7-A, Inc., situated on real estate in Pinellas County, Florida, as shown in Appendix “A” below, which has an expiration date of June 30, 2065, including any equity owned in said apartment or any assets of Seminole Gardens Apartments No. 7-A, Inc., and including Stock Certificate No. 90, representing 4.15 shares of Seminole Gardens Apartments No. 7-A, Inc., and other incidents of ownership arising out of ownership of the Proprietary Lease.
Apt. No. 104 in Seminole Gardens Apartments No. 7-A, Seminole, Florida.
This action has been filed against you as the Defendants, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell, Carney, Maller, P.A., One Progress Plaza, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before Oct 9, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
