NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-245-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., IN IT'S CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-NC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC2, is Plaintiff and BRIAN LANGLAIS, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 1, LAKE CITRUS ESTATES, AS SHOWN IN PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33 PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2008 Healy Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
