NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-10307-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC DBA Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, a Polictical Subdivison of The State of Florida, Raynard Robinson, Richelle Fitzgerald, Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, Shareka Tinney, State Of Florida, Department Of Revenue, The Unknown Heirs, Devisses, Grantees, Assigness, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And Other Unknown Persons Or Unknown Spouses Claiming By, Through, Under Or Against Senia Mae Lewis, United States of America Department of The Treasury-Internal Revenue Service, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk, Ken Burke, of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
