NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-001407-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein GMAT LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2014-1, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and GEORGE H. DEJESUS A/K/A GEORGE DE JESUS; DANIELA M. DEJESUS A/K/A DANIELA DE JESUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE H. DEJESUS A/K/A GEORGE DE JESUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIELA M. DEJESUS A/K/A DANIELA DE JESUS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 7 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 12, SECTION NO. 1, WEST OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
