Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale. dated July 13, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 11-011587-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF WAYNE REEVE A/K/A WAYNE M REEVE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 505 (In Phase II) of THE LAKES CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM,(Said Condomiium is also know as the Lakes, Unit 2, Phase 4, Section 1, Condominium 1) according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5392, Page 771 through 835,and any amendements thereto, including that certain amendement for phase 2 recorded as amendment to the declaration of condominium of the lakes condominium 1, recorded in official records book 5521, page 2036; and as recorded in condominium book 62, page 99, and in condominium book 79, page 87; and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; All subject to the covenants, conditions, restricitions,easements, terms and other provisions thereof; and as affected by plat book 69, page 64; all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of October, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
