NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 25, 2015, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO-WIT, UNIT 201, TOWN ARMS APARTMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 91 AND 92, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 9th day of October, 2015 online beginning at 10:00am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
