At the public sale on October 8, 2015 online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may precede, pursuant to the final judgment, to the highest bidder for cash at the website of www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
