NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-007644-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Khristy S. Ferguson; Eugenia Garcia Olea; Unknown Spouse of Khristy S. Ferguson; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under or Against a Named Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be dead or alive, whether same Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 8, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 5, 6, 7, AND 8, BLOCK 12, ROUSLYNN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
