FRYE A/K/A MAVIS FRYE A/K/A MAVIS MINTON FRYE; KALMIA CONDOMINIUM NO.2, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/15/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 109, KALMIA-CONDOMINIUM NO. 2,TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3080, PAGE 260, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
