NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-002533-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and MARK D. WILCOX, SR. A/K/A MARK D. WILCOX A/K/A MARK WILCOX; SHERRY M. WILCOX A/K/A SHERRY SMITH WILCOX A/K/A SHERRY MAREN SMITH A/K/A S. M. W.
