NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated July 13th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-011849-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee, Plaintiff and LYNN M. SMITH A/K/A EVELYN M. SMITH, DECEASED; MELINDA MACLEOD AKA MELINDA S MACLEOD; WILLIAM MACLEOD AKA WILLIAM SCOTT MACLEOD AKA WILLIAM S MACLEOD; , ET AL, are defendants.
