NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated September 3, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-011522-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and JUAN RAMIREZ AND LINA M OROZCO, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on October 8, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
