NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-013290-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and FATIMA GOMES CARDOSO A/K/A F. CARDOSO; PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/12/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1, BUILDING 62, PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE SIX, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3020, PAGE 1699 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 99, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
