NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced, and is pending in this Court upon Petition of the above-named Petitioner(s) against the above-named Respondent(s) to sell the below described real property which was at the time of the commencement of this action, and at the time of filing this notice is situated in the above mentioned county, and is described as follows:

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the County of Spartanburg, State of South Carolina, shown and designated as Unit No. 4, Windsor Townes, Section 3, on plat prepared for Mary Susann Gadd, recorded in Plat Book 132, page 639, Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County. For a more full and particular description, reference is hereby specifically made to the aforesaid plat. Said piece, parcel or lot of land was conveyed to Sandra R. Davis by Mary Susann Gadd, by deed dated December 17, 1998, recorded on December 22, 1998, in Deed Book 69-B, page 812, Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County.
