NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001265-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is the Plaintiff and PHOTENIE BURNETT A/K/A PHOTENIE A. BURNETT; ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION D/B/A AAMES HOME LOAN; WATERFORD TRAILS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOSEPH BURNETT A/K/A JOSEPH T. BURNETT, II; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of October, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, OF WATERFORD TRAILS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 81 THROUGH 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
