NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004845-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and DANILO GONZALEZ; MASTER 1 INVESTMENTS, INC. A/K/A MASTER 1 INVESTMENTS; THE PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; MARITZA GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A RYAN ASENJO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of October, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, THE PINES UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
