NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 28, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-010653-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and GININA MUHAMMAD AND TADAR MUHAMMAD, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 6, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 271, PEPPER MILL SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 117, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
