Final Judgment was awarded on June 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-008184-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and ERIC CHANG; XIN ZHAO, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN PHILLIP STRELECKY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 22, 2008; JOHN PHILLIP STRELECKY AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN PHILLIP STRELECKY DATED OCTOBER 22, 2008; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC CHANG N/K/A GRACE CHANG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF XIN ZHAO N/K/A JOHN STRELECKY; PROMENADE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PROMENADE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; XIN ZHAO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JESSICA UEM; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A HAL UEM; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOHN PHILLIP STRELECKY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 22, 2008; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT 806-W, THE PROMENADE, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7978, PAGE 4520, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMETN TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PROMENADE, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8363, PAGE 1986, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMETNS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
