Dunfee also known as Loren Dunfee, Robin J. Dunfee, Spanish Oaks of Central Florida Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 12th of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
