NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 31st day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA-003582-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and KEITH MILLER; SARAH MILLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ROME TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 3242-OD, DATED FEBRUARY 28. 2013; SUNDANCE MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 5th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 OF PARK RIDGE AT SUNDANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 137, PAGE(S) 35 THROUGH 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
