Hines, La Vista Homeowners' Association, Inc., Midflorida Federal Credit Union, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 19th of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
