NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of August, 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 2014-CA-004878, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale pursuant to Administrative Order 3-15.12, and Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, with bidding beginning at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on December 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 23, Block 2, TWIN OAKS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 16, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
