YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for forfeiture of seized property has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, as case No. 2015-CA-2807, under the abbreviated title “In re: The Forfeiture of Thirty-Four Thousand Five-Hundred Twenty Dollars ($34,520.00) U.S. Currency”. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on MICHELE S. HALL, General Counsel, Manatee County Sheriff's Office, 600 301 Blvd W, Bradenton, Florida 34205, Attorney for Petitioner, no later than October 11, 2015 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
