NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014CA001628AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and BPTR LLC, as Trustee under the 4709 Tournament Land Trust dated this 12th day of November, 2013; Douglass L. Gossett, as Co-Trustee of the unknown Trust U/A Dated June 20, 2002; Douglass L. Gossett; Linda S. Gossett; Linda S. Gossett, as Co-Trustee of the unknown Trust U/A Dated June 20, 2002; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 4709 Tournament Land Trust dated this 12th day of November, 2013; Unknown Beneficiaries of the unknown Trust U/A dated June 20, 2002; Achieva Credit Union are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, UNIT 1, SECTION B, DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB COLONY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
