NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 31, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 41-2010-CA-007534 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and FIDEL CARDONA A/K/A FIDEL CARDENAS; BARTOLO DIAZ; FELIX CARDENAS; MARIA C CARDENAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALFRED MARTINEZ; TENANT #2 N/K/A NORMA MARTINEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk, Angelina M. COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8 AND RUN THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 8 A DISTANCE OF 57 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE LINE LAST RUN A DISTANCE OF 57 FEET TO THE POINT OF COMMENCEMENT, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINES OF LOT 8 AND LOT 9, AFORESAID, A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9, RUN THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 9, A DISTANCE OF 89.20 FEET TO A POINT; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE A DISTANCE OF 124.13 FEET TO THE AFOREMENTIONED POINT OF BEGINNING.
