Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 112012CA0040790001XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CLAUDIA HERRERA; JESUS FRIAS; STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; JESUS FRIAS; UNKNOWN TENANTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on October 5, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1605, BUILDING 16, PHASE 7, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION IV, A CONDOMINIU, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMNIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3768, PAGE 2213, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3777, PAGE 2309, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3842, PAGE 2512, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3842, PAGE 2514, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGEHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
